Gabby Daleman : Nemarketonian bound for South Korea
Since I started spending time in Newmarket, one thing has been made abundantly clear to me. Newmarketonians (or whatever you might call Newmarket residents), sure love their winter sports. With many community and Town run ice rinks popping up across the community in the wintertime, it's no wonder that Newmarket has produced some really fantastic skaters. Newmarket is home to hockey super stars Connor McDavid and Brian Elliot. The community hosted Roger's Hometown Hockey in 2016. This winter, Newmarket gets to cheer their town's own Gabby Daleman as she heads to the Olympics to compete for Team Canada. Gabby reps the brand Wully Outerwear and they put together this quick video showcasing some of Newmarket's top skating spots and giving a nod to Gabby's alma-mater.
